We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom or other assistive technology.

What we aim for

We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes readable colour contrast, text that resizes, visible focus states, keyboard access, descriptive link text, image descriptions and respect for reduced-motion settings.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third-party services, such as the booking page, and their accessibility depends on those providers. If you have trouble with any part of the site, tell us and we will help another way, such as by email.
