Enquiries and project information

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message and business information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, assess your requested service, prepare a quote and manage agreed work. Website enquiry messages are sent to our business email inbox. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer information through the enquiry form.

Client projects may need additional business information and named access to client-owned services. We agree the required access, data destinations and permitted use before connecting a workflow. AI assists with research, drafts and audits. Where that work needs client information, we agree the approved information and tools before use.

Booking and website services

Our booking page uses Calendly. Information you enter there is handled through Calendly and shared with us to arrange the appointment. Calendly provides its own cookie preferences and privacy notice.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits. It does not set cookies or use your information to identify you. Enquiry forms are delivered by Formspree, which receives the information you submit, filters spam and forwards the message to our business email inbox. Website hosting (Cloudflare) and email providers also process information needed to deliver their services. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them. Embedded services, such as the Calendly booking page, may use cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser and the preferences provided by an embedded service.

Access outside Australia

Romel handles enquiries and project work from the Philippines. The providers used for hosting, email, booking, analytics and agreed client workflows may process information outside Australia. Their locations and handling depend on the service and account configuration. Tell us before sharing information if your project requires a particular storage location or access restriction.

Retention, access and requests

We keep enquiry and project information for the purposes of responding, managing agreed work and meeting applicable record obligations. We review information that is no longer needed rather than setting one deletion period for every record.

To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, or raise a privacy concern, email the address above with enough detail for us to identify the record. We may need to confirm your identity. We will review your request, explain the response and address any applicable record-retention or service-provider limitations.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with Brevo, our email provider, and you will be asked to confirm your subscription by email. We use it only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time. Read Brevo’s privacy policy.

Marketing and changes

An enquiry is used to respond to your request. It does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. If you ask us to stop further marketing contact, we record that preference. We update this notice when the services or information handling described here change.
