Terms

Terms of service

Updated 16 October 2026.

These terms apply when you buy a service from Creative Growth, a founder-led digital service based in Davao City, Philippines, serving businesses remotely. By approving a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. Scope and quotes

Every project starts with a written quote or package description that sets out what is included, what is not, the timeline and the price. Work outside that scope is only done after you approve it in writing.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are fixed and in US dollars (USD) unless your quote says otherwise.
  • One-time projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% after your approval, before launch or final handover.
  • Monthly services, such as SEO Momentum, are billed monthly in advance.
  • Approved extra work is charged at USD40 an hour on actual time, agreed before it starts.
  • Third-party costs, such as domains, hosting, software subscriptions, stock media or advertising, are paid by you directly unless your quote says otherwise.

3. Your part

Projects run on time when we receive content, feedback and access when we need them. You agree to provide accurate information, the materials you want used, and timely approvals. Timelines move by the length of any delay in receiving these. You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, logos or data you give us.

4. Revisions and approval

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in its description. Approval of a stage, by email or message, confirms that stage is complete. Changes after approval are treated as extra work.

5. Accounts and ownership

Domains, hosting, analytics, email tools and other accounts are set up in your name wherever the provider allows, and you keep control of them. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as page designs, copy written for you and automation set-ups. Tools, code libraries, fonts and templates made by others remain under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Third-party services

Many deliverables rely on services run by other companies, such as website builders, hosting, booking, email and automation tools. Their terms, pricing, availability and changes are outside our control. We will tell you if a change affects work we have delivered and quote any fix needed.

7. No guaranteed results

We work to a defined scope, test before handover and explain what we did. Nobody can honestly guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or mentions in AI answers, so we do not promise them. Any figures we share are estimates unless we say they are measured results.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We only access the accounts and data you approve for the work, and we will not share them without your permission unless the law requires it.

9. Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly service before the next billing period, and it ends at the close of the period already paid. If a one-time project is cancelled after it starts, the upfront payment covers work completed to that point; if completed work is worth more than the upfront payment, the difference is invoiced. Either party may end a project if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of written notice.

10. Liability

We take care to deliver work that matches the agreed scope. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, or for monthly services the fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, or for problems caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one current when you approved your quote. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will always try to resolve a concern by talking first.
